I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. I try to eat live foods as much as possible. Live foods are raw fruits and vegetables. I try to eat more vegetables than meat, fish, and poultry. Drinking lots a fresh water on a daily basis is a healty habit to have. Breathing in fresh air is always good when maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
