Foreign or Indian coaches?

What do you think is the need of the hour- An indian coach or a foreign coach. Why do our players opt for foreign coaches. Are they afraid of the Indian coaches as they might take away all the extra luxuries? Whom would you want and why???

According to my thought Indian coach should be needed. There is no such reason for players opt for foreign coaches. It doesn't seems that they are afraid of Indian coaches. I want Dilip Vensarkar to be the Indian coaches because he has that talent and will power and he can train well.
