In India is politics meant only for old guys?

In Indian politics we hardly see any youngesters. They are not given a chance to prove themselves.Rahul Gandhi entered b'coz of his mothers fame.

The problem may wary! But there is no condition or rule for making it to old guys. The most selfish and cunning people has the edge to enter in the politics from the initial stages.
