This is the project that I've been working on for about a year now. It's taken me so long because I get tired and take breaks.. I'm hoping to have it finished by the summer. Let me know what you think.

Very nice! Don't worry about how long it's taking... I've been working on one for two years now...

It's a reproduction of a painting -- The Sense of Light by Annie Louise Swynnerton. The stitch count is 350 by 300 and has 94 colors, mostly blends. Here's a link to a page on my own website that documents my progress up to September. I have just the last two panels left to do now. http://ca.geocities.com/bprzeklasa/Progress.html

This is a great project. How big is this going to be when completed? Are you having it professionally framed or will you do it yourself? I am so amazed how great it looks. Keep up the great work that you are doing.

Thank you. It's approximately 19" x 16". I would like to have it professionally stretched and framed, but I might do it myself if I can get stretcher bars the right size.

That is soo pretty. I know what it is like to be working on something for that long. I am working on a polar bear and its cubs and it is taking forever but I can't wait to see the finished project. I have finished several projects that I was working on this past couple of weeks. Most of them needed backstitching or border work. Please let us know how it goes when you are done. Would love to see a picture of it finished.
