do you have sleeping mannerisms? what is your sleeping position?

do you have sleeping mannerisms as well? as for me, i can't sleep without my hands under a pillow or under my head.. as long as it is clipped down, i can sleep well.. but the moment it removes itself from under the pillow or under anything that clips it down, surely, i'll be awake in less than a minute.. do you have certain sleeping mannerisms and/or positions? do you sleep on your left or right side?

I cannot sleep when lights are on and there are barking dogs and fighting cats outside...Grrrr...makes me so mad...so i just go down and drink a glass of milk and a cookie... (i'll be so damn lucky if there's still a chips ahoy left at our ref)...I should have 3 pillows...one for my head, one i will cuddle and one in between my legs... :)

I certainly do... I can't fall asleep unless I am laying on my stomach with my arms up around my head hugging my pillow! I have been told that sleeping on your stomach is bad for your back- but I just can't sleep in any otehr position

wow! yeah, me too.. my mom used to tell me that it's bad to clip my hands because it restricts the flow of blood in that part of my body.. well, just like you, i can't sleep without having it clipped.. :D

hey usually sleep just as lying but another thing is.. i do meditation regularly... i ll do before sleeping. but i ll sleep while doing meditation

I usually fall asleep on my right side and almost always wake up on my left ! I also sometimes get into fetal when I'm cold and I sleep on my back when I'm having back pain -- but then wake up on my left no matter which position I started in.

that is cool.. well for me, i haven't been keeping track of which side i'm facing when i wake up.. that's interesting though.. i think i have to start tomorrow to know what side do i wake up in.. :D that is way cool!

I like to sleep flat with my face facing the ceiling. And I like to cover myself from top to toe with the blanket. Sometimes I turn to my left or right but only for a short while. :D

Yes I have a sleeping mannerism, I like to twitch softly the skin on the underside of my neck just above my adams apple before I can sleep. :-) I usually sleep on my right side.

Yes i do have lots of it. lol Ahhmmm like, it would be hard for me to get sleep when i dont have 3 pillows with me in my bed. I love hugging while sleeping. my position that i love most and i really find it comfortable for me when im sleeping is facing down while my hands are under on pillows. And also side ward position. i sleep whit my hands under the pillow on my front on the right side it just feels comfortabel -but i tink i sleep on my front because when i was a baby i had to sleep that way long story not getting itno itt- and always wakep up on the left side of my bed ready to jump out of bed when i wake up :)
