I do love to have lots of rice every meal. But fortunate i'm still fit and dont have lots of fats on my tummy..lol I ate rice breakfast, lunch and dinner. And i cant help my self not to have rice.. I know it's good to eat lots of rice because it can lead to have diabetic, because the end product of rice is carbohydrates which has sugar, too..But i love it, promise...lol Do you eat lots of rice?

Normally, I take less than 2 cups a day. I don't believe that rice can make you diabetic if it is not an illness which haunts the family. It just so happens that taking a few bites of rice is sufficient to see me through the day. I go for fruits and water and vegetable, too, that is, aside from meats and fish.

I don't eat lots of rice. I just eat enough rice everyday. I don't want my meals without a rice because rice is my source of energy.

rice is considered a food for all seasons. in hot or cold weather, on regular days and special occasions, both joyous and sad, rice is there to give us satisfaction and energy. but when i learned i have a high blood pressure, i started to trim down my rice intake. my doctor says i have to eat a cup of rice only every meal.he reminded me that if the blood pressure is not maintained, it may lead to other diseases like kidney problems and diabetes. so be very careful in eating too much of rice.

i often eat a lot of rice. i feel that meal isn't complete without it. in my regular meal, i can consume 4-5 cups of rice but i'm still skinny. they say it's because my metabolism is fast and burns my fats and use lots of energy.

i only like to eat rice for dinner. rice is not fat, so it doesnt have that many calories, so it is hard to get lots of fat on your tummy. hey you like to eat rice quite a bit dont you? are you sure rice can lead you to be diabetic? i was not aware that rice had any sugar in it. just because something has carbohydrates in it does not automatically mean it has sugar in it. but if something has sugar in it then it definitely has carbohydrates in it.

We, South Indians like to eat rice. Rice is good for hot climates! However it should be limited. All our dietscontain sugar in one form or the other. We should balance the food by eating more vegitables and fruits.I like rice as compared to other type of wheet based food!

I eat right but canada's main staple is potatoes so I eat more of them than rice. Usually when I eat rice it is to make a chance from potatoes at home, but if I eat out, the places where I usually go serve rice rather than potato.

Na... I don't eat a lot of rice... Its like here in India we eat rice but I like wheat flour made heated on pans bread. I do eat rice atleast one meal a day or else I feel that the day ain't over yet. Its actually because of my dad's habbit cause where he hails from at that place people generally prefer rice over other things so loves rice a lot. Thanks Take Care May GOD Bless YOU

I also eat lots of rice - Maybe 2 to 4 cups a meal. The truth is, my mother is beginning to get bothered with this eating habit of mine, because as you've said, it may lead to diabetes.. I just cant control myself because eating rice really is fulfilling and my day is incomplete without it...
