If it was a restaurant I worked at I'd be hard pressed to not be laughing so hard I couldn't even walk to them and kick them out. However, when I went down to a beach town I did see women in a store that had that sign wearing t-shirts over wet swimsuits and no pants on. Nothing was even said. So i guess they would anyway.
