I believe there are some aspects that men and women can be equal however there are also some aspects that cannot be equal. Examples: Equality of men and women can be applied to the following: 1. Intelligence 2. Hard working 3. Innovations 4. Inventive or Creativeness 5. Beliefs 6. Decision Making 7. Business techniques Equality of men and women cannot be applied to the following: 1. Physical Strength 2. Emotional stability 3. Heart issues 4. Financial concerns ( i think ) 5. Loyalty (i think bec women are more loyal... i think) or maybe i am also wrong in this point of view.

It would be just awful and plain boring if women would be equal to men, or vice versa. It's precisely the tension between these two 'races' that make up most of the joy and grief in our life.
