We must live in the same time zone. Why you were up all night will dictate your breakfast. Oats. If you have to stay awake a while definitely oatmeal. With butter and salt and sugar. If you are making up for carousing too hard: Traditional diner style bacon and eggs. And Toast. Lots of toast. However if you are just doing your thing and want some food I have always found that Tabooli with corn chips and a glass of water is about the best breakfast ever. You feel like you ate food, energized, and hydrated. In general salads are great if you've been up or need to stay up (Over-night shift?)
Hapy Breakfast. I'm having Rye and Ciggarettes.

Go for the Oatmeal. Tabooli is that mid-eastern parsley, bulgar or couscous salad stuff. Lots of parsley, onion, garlic, tomato, etc. I always put shredded carrots and chopped apples in it though. Not so middle-eastern afterall I geuss.
1/2 C hydrated Couscous or Bulgar
1/2 C chopped parsley (or other green leafy thing)
About 1/2 C combined chopped vegetables. (onion, garlic, sweet peppers, hot peppers, apples, peanuts, etc.)
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Tbs Lemon Juice
Some Cumin and Oregano.
Jumble it all together. Keeps about 2 days in a fridge.
Great IMMEDIATE food.
Good luck with that interview.

I made french toast this morning, it's quick, easy, and delicious! Just mix 2 eggs and some milk in a bowl, dip bread in, and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon, fruit, and maple syrup, soooo good.

My favorite breakfast is a toasted bagel with a bit of cream cheese, a fried egg, tomato slices and some bacon, with the other half of the bagel pressed down on top.Mmmmmm. Makes me hungry! Unfortunately, my breakfast will be oatmeal since i havenĀ“t gone shopping in a while.

I like to eat almost anything at breakfast, but I usually drink some milk with coffee and some toasts with butter.
If you want something more sophisticated you can make an orange juice and some fruit salad that are very healthy things to eat at breakfast.
