Which came first, The chicken or the egg?

I use chicken that is baked and left over, and do not add pickles. Sometimes I may add a tsp. of lemon juice to it also, and salt and pepper. Put it on toasted bread with lettuce and tomatoes. I cut the chicken into small pieces.Marinate it with paste of onion,garlic and ginger,salt, lemon,pepper and little oil for few hours.Then broil it for 25 minutes. Mix the broil chicken with salad mix.At last add some salt,pepper,and sour cream .My chicken salad is ready.

Well, the way I've always answered this question is like this: God made the animals first, not their reproductive systems.:) So my answer would be that the chicken came first.:D And if coming to answer in mythological way then the answer would be -- As hindu mythology says we all are made by god, I feel like Adam and Eve it's chicken only which came to earth before egg .

I don't know why people keep asking this question. But when people start asking this question, they really do get answers. I guess because this is a question always left unresolved. No one can really say which one came first and no one can really prove it. It's just nice to have an answer to be involved in the discussion.

The chicken is first. For sure. Eggs don't evolve... not that I necessary believe in evolution, but still. my vote is for the CHICKEN.
