I don't really have a favorite way to enjoy pasta... just put it in front of me and I'll most likely eat it! :o)
In the seventies, when I used to frequent the Old Spaghetti Factory in Gastown, I usually ordered spaghetti with drawn butter and mizithra cheese. Haven't seen it on any menus since, though. I'm not even sure what mizithra cheese IS, but it was good.
I'm not too fond of marinara sauce, but I'll still eat it if I'm served it.
Lots of veggies and mushrooms and garlic and cheese and olive oil and...
:oP yum yum!

Speaking about pasta... I decided to have meat ravioli in garlicky tomato sauce with melted mozzarella cheese on top. Yum!

I love seafood spaghetti. A little spicy, then sprinkle with shredded mozarella cheese. Hmmnn Yum!

I LOVE pasta... especially rotini with roasted red pepper sauce. I also love cheese filled ravioli or portobello mushroom ravioli, with either a red sauce or a cream white sauce.
YUM! I could seriously eat pasta almost every day of my life...

I'm not a big pasta lover but there are a few dishes that I enjoy. My favorites are Lasagna with lots of cheese and meat! I also love chicken fettachini with broccoli in an alfredo sauce. Very creamy and tasty!
There are only 2 Italian places that we like to go to.
Olive Garden because they have really great unlimited salad and breadsticks and I love their stuffed chicken marsala. And this other place called Johnny Carino's and mainly because they give you baskets of fresh bread and then a little plate with fresh roasted garlic pieces and olive oil to dip your bread in. It is soooo good!
