Would you be friends with your ex?

It is hard to be friends your ex specially if you just broke up for some reasons. What if he suddenly talk to you and ask if you can be friends?

as long as you are both looking for the same thing and one is not still in love and the other not, then there is no reason you can't be! I am friends with my ex husband even though it took a long time for that to happen I am so glad it did!

i can be friends with my ex, we have both moved on to other lives, i feel we should have some kind of decent friendship as we have grown children and small grandbabies so sometimes we have to be at like birthday parties and social events all together so we may as well not cause a problem so i try to be as friendly as i can to him and his new wife as i would expect the same for my new husband.
