When you look for your first job,what is most important?

I am gonna graduate this summer, so these days i am looking a job desperately. But what astounds most is that it is not your academic achievements that matters but something else, for example, your background, how much you can offer to get the job.It is obviously unequal.What about you?Do you have similiar experience? Then how you respond?

Dear friend,
your discussion is good and have more interesting topic. when i started to search a job i have looked a job must better and more earnings one more impotent is job satisfaction and our atmosphere, colleagues is must good in our work location. finally i got job according to my plan. thankful to god for given me a wonderful life. best of luck to you to get your dream job.
