The humour be bring to table in our interpersonal relationship serves as a potent reminder that our life need not necessarily be serious in nature.
many challenges we face while struggling to cope up with day to day obligations have the potential to devoid us of our ability to laugh at life.
yet when we make conscious effort to make most of funny situations by allowing ourself to loose in the humour of the moment we discover that manysituations we may otherwise label as tragedies or annoyances can be regarded as funny.
Laughing at challenging circumstance rob it of any power it may have to exert over us and empowering us to take control of our emotional reaction.
Your comical mood will help you tide over life's rigours without being tense or overwhelmed.

Wow, what a serious topic. From your discussion, it seems that you know that life is serious and it need not be so, and there are many ways to make life less serious. Life eis indeed very stressful. May I suggest you be relax, add some comical humor in your discussion topic. Too serious tend to frighten people and we cannot laugh it off :P
