Love Thy Neighbour? I'm finding it very hard at the moment...

My neighbours have been playing their music quite loudly just about all day long, i don't know if they're having some sort of a party but they play their music fairly often, and it's always really loud (so loud i can barely hear my TV over it unless i turn it up loud, and so loud it sounds like i;'m actually playing the music in my own house!) so they are probably just playing it as they usually do. I'm finding it very selfish and disrespectful behaviour, and certainly don't feel like 'loving thy neighbour' right now, in fact i feel like i want to move house to get way from them! I also feel to intimidate to go round and ask them to turn it down, they know it's really loud as we've told them before and they are really rough looking and would probably cuase problems if we complained! So do you love thy neighbours, so is it quite the opposite?
