If you watch Mr. Bean as a movie then it is not too much helpful for education site because there is some bad motive it teaches to kids say when Mr. Bean goes to physician and try to meet physician voileting general procedure that is taking his serial number from an wonded woman, it teach us inhumane and inspire to break a rule. But if you consider it just a joke then it is normal. Thus many movie of Mr. Bean is teaching kids to break the rule and to make non-sence if we do not tell our kids that it is a joke for fun and to not try this in public voileting your moral character.

If we start thinking on that terms then the kids will not be able to watch anything on the TV. But I myself like the character of Mr. Bean a lot and watch uit alongwith my daughter who can't stop laughing watching the series.
