Health insurance

How much insurance is considered enough for a lifetime? I am consistently bugged by them. but each time, i just wonder if i'm covering enough for myself and whether i'm missing out on anything critical. Other times i wonder if i'm buying anything that is quite useless. Do you insure yourself and your family as well? do you consider that you are well covered?

Now i only have social health insurance.Even i do not know how much insurance is enough for life.and one commercial insurance is need for me soon.I hope all the insurance will not operate future.

sorry i do not understand the term social health insurance. usually what we have here is life insurance, health insurance, personal accident insurance, women's health insurance, travel insurance blah blah. but i just have not heard of that particular one that u mentioned.
