you sure can consider the possibility of the situation but unless with some concret proofe can not be understood as being the fact. Scientists are trying there level best to find some thing in this direction but we have nothing seen as yet. logically possibility exists on either side but you have to wait till the dawn. That's a million $ question no one seems to have a correct answer for. But, given the theories propounding for the creation of the universe, it is reasonable to believe that life as we describe can be found on many other planets. The sad part is that our exploration is still restricted primarily to the inner 4 planets and we are just beginning to look at the boundaries of the solar system. Once we start looking into other star systems, that is when we would be able to get in touch with life in other worlds. Cheers! Ram
