It means there is a sense of morality and right coming back in our society. It also means that young people have a good sense of how to remain healthy for their future spouses. I have heard that not just girls but boys too are making these kinds of vows. In fact I know that both my sons intend to hold on to their virginity until they are married. After all, if the boys say they don't want to be virgins, but they want the girls they marry to be virgins, technically...how is this possible?
