It's a difficult thing to be away from your love one. I wonder how would a long distance relationship work? What do we do to have a successful relationship like this?

I'm in a long distance relationship right now. We've been together about 4mos and we dont see each other in person but we only communicate through emails and chat in IM.. It's not that difficult for me because i used to see him on cam every weekend but i truly love him so much..And i wanted him to be the father of my children and become my husband, if Gods will.. Yah, i agree, that having this kind of relationship is difficult, difficult because you miss each other, that you wanted to kiss him and hug him that you wanted to be with him always.. But there are relationships have become successful. I think we need to trust the person that makes our relationship strong..

well im into it right now and its really hard to handle especially in our case, he's based in CA and im here in the philippines, he's really busy since he's an analyst, part-time model and a handler so no time for me sometimes we just spend an hour for a week but i do send him emails and ecards and tell him stories about me and i do post pictures in friendster..i hope this will work..

i am not sure if a distance relationship can work. I 've never been in one so maybe I am not the right persone to answer this, but i think it is too diffucult to have a relationship like this. Be with someone means that you want to be with him, share things, doing things together. How can this be done if heis far from you?

Long distance relationship is really hard to handle. My hubby is based in Canada and I am here in the Philippines. You just have to trust him but don't forget to trust your instincts. Keep your communication open. If it is possible for you guys to talk everyday do it. Me and my hubby talks on the for 1 hr everyday.
