Its just the simple things. For me,it's not the material gift but it's the thought that most matters to me. How about you?

This Christmas I received a professionally done photo pf my parents and I was very excited. They have NEVER had one done as my father hates the camera, so this was big for him. My husband has also given me many thoughtful gifts including taking me to see KENNY ROGERS one Christmas who I love and he hates....I am lucky as I have had many great gifts...

The best gift that I have ever got was from my daughter when she was 7 years old in 1979 for christmas, she had drew a picture of our house and them she put pictures of me and her brothers in the windows that she cut out. and has a flower box under the windows it is really cool and I have it still hanging on my wall.

The thought definitely is what matters most! I used to get a shoe-box filled with doll clothes at christmas. My grandmother knitted and crocheted them all year, and would give them to me at Christmas. It was my favorite gift of all. I've also gotten dandelions from my kids when they were little, and they thrilled me just as much as if they'd been a dozen roses-maybe more!
