Gambling - Is it an addiction

I like to gamble, but it's all about moderation. First, I don't gamble t try and win money. I gamble to have a little fun... nothing more. If I win, then it's great. If I lose, then at least I moderated my amount and lost what I could afford to lose. I never go above that number, that's one of the most important rules. Also, I don't like chasing losses. If I've lost, then that's it. I don't double up trying to regain what I've lost. Forget it, I'm licking my wounds and going home. I have won $1200 but it was at a poker table... however, when I lost $50 bucks, I am not happy at all. In fact, I tend to walk away instead of working to regain anything. That kinda keeps me in check enough to not have big losses.
