i drink a lot of water.. and when i work out, i go in the sauna.. so i dont know.. i know you can be getting sick if you dont drink a lot of water.. maybe kidney stones? i dont know. drink water. its good for you :)

As long as you get enough of other liquids, I wouldn't worry much about not getting enough water. I never drink just water, and my kidneys and bladder are just fine. I do drink milk, juice, coffee and tea throughout the day, and have soup for dinner at lest once a week. but there is no way I get the 8 - 12 glasses they say we should be drinking. I think it depends on how much salt you consume, since I hardly use salt at all any more.
