how to protect you eyesight?

you know , as us, we almost sit behind computer about 15 hours a day, so anybody have good suggestion on how to protect our eyesight,becouse you konw, is is our basic. tks for your good advice in advantage.

1 of the best way is to use a lcd monitor instead of using a CRT monitor .LCD produces less cathode rays other ways r... give frequent movements to ur eyes,spinal cord and ur neck. usage of rays protecting glasses
