Its a big hassle for me too. I work and never really feel like cooking when I get home. I usually make something that is fast and easy. The easier the better. I love casseroles and they are pretty quick to fix. I love quick and easy recipes.

Meal planning can be difficult and tiresome, but if you want to eat healthy and avoid the "drive-thru" syndrome, it is a necessary evil.
Normally, I would sit down once a week, to plan a weekly menu and do my weekly shopping. By doing so, I no longer have to worry about what to cook or make emergency runs to the store because I have everything I need. With a few hours of preparation, I was able to save myself a lot of stress and at the same time allows me to provide healthy, delicious meals to my family.
If you find meal planning difficult, you can subscribe to some websites that create daily menus for you. My favorite is savingdinner.com. This website has help me with my dinner plans everynight.
Remember, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
