We bought the video tapes of Baby Einstein. We had several of these. My son loved them and really enjoyed watching them. My daughter would watch them sometimes. But she didn't really care for them that much. It just depends on the child. My son to this day likes to watch tv and videos very much. My daughter on the other hand is not much into tv or videos. She would much rather be up and playing instead of sitting and watching tv or a video. In my opioion having your child watch Baby Einstein is good. It is very good and age appropiate for them too.

I bought the whole box of Baby Einstein, during that time there were 18 DVD's. That was the best thing I purchased for the baby. I started her on Baby Einstein 1 month after she is born...even if she can't sit up...i just turn it on and let her listen to the music. She had learn so quickly and so advance on her age. The DVD's has it in what ages it is appropriate for. My toddler now loves Little Einstein. I choose the programs she watches like purchasing the Wee Sing series, Kids Song and Cedar Mount Children's Song. These are all for learning and she has so much fun.

I started showing my daughter baby einstien when she was about 6 months old. She loves it! She reacts to the colors and dances to the music. And she loves the puppets and little kids. I really don't like my daughter watching too much tv. The only things I allow her to watch are Baby Einstein, Little Einstiens and The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. All of those include music, counting, and art. I wouldn't let her watch them if I didn't feel they were educational.
