Great discussion point, and I rated you for it. I agree that it seems like the worst time to separate ourselves from him. With the world in such turmoil, it is frightening that we would want to face it alone. I would love to see more people depend on each other, and deliver on their promises. If we did, the world might be a better and safer place. By the way, I just sent you a friend request. Welcome to Mylot.

Thanks for the request. A agree that we are a self-centered, self-seeking, self-pleasign society. It seems that in tough times we would learn to come together, but that is easier said than done. I cannot imagine going through one day without trusting in the Lord. I am glad you took the time to share. Have a good one. :)

Hey girlie, very good discussion! When will people see that we can't just forget about God and think that we can live great lives without him! He is our strength (I say that for you and I). I pray more people will realize that we all need him and need to keep His name in the Pledge of Allegiance..oh and also..we should keep.."In God We Trust" on the dollar bills. I like Leno too. I know that our strength through many circumstances and situations is not our own, but His. Thank God that His grace is enough for us. Even though we are not worthy. It is like a good book, or a great dish, when you know something is good and awesome you want to share it with those around you. I wish more people could learn to fully rely on HIM.
