How to avoid hurt feet in playing football?

When I play football,I often feel my feet hurt and make me not stand.how can I avoid these things?Have you met this thing?what do you do with it?I am very appricate,thank you.

I Think that ur fittnes is not good or ya still more times dunt play Football or ya play without ur shoes lol :D
