How can I claim my money in E-gold? passphrase lost

Even if I lost my passphrase, think there many ways to get the money which I hardly earned for three months.
How can we learned that the money is claimed by others, is there any idea about this?
18 $ is a big money for me. That is what I lost in mylot earning.
Does anybody can help me?

Well I think you have to request for another one, just make sure that you know the password of the e-mail address that you use to register for your e-gold account Sometimes we are really busy that we tend to forget some things like that.
