Weight loss ???

Do you think only for running 2-2.5 miles a day every day is good enough for weight loss? Or u prefer more exercise for weight loss. If u have any please share with us

Running 2 to 2.5 miles each day should be enough to achieve weight loss. But only if you are eating the right diet. Low sugars & fats. Low carbohydrates & higher in protein. Lots of vefetables & fruit. Drink plenty of water. Not that I always practise this.

doing exersice for loss your body weight is not enough for that you have to take proper diet also..............

I feel going for long walks or doing jogging or running for 2 to 2.5 miles every day will certainly help you get rid of extra calories and shed extra weight that you might have. I feel though one has to have a proper fitness program consisting of cardio, aerobics, yoga, kick boxing that will be really beneficial. I also feel if you maintain a good healthy diet that is well balanced it will greatly help in weight loss. Drink lots of water and avoid junk food. And eat meals frequently and have light meals probably about five a day it will increase your metabolism and help you lose weight.

Well, jogging has its own impact on body and it is a positive thing to follow everyday for that. But every time it helps to reduce the weight that is not correct because jogging keeps you fit and fitness is according to your natural figure and structure you are inherent by birth and gene! One can make changes by doing a mixed excercise programme with jogging, arobicks, swimming, yogasans and diet adjustment to achieve weight reducing!

Lots of cardio to get your heart rate pumping (elliptical trainer, playing tennis, treadmill, kickboxing, etc). Keep in mind that muscle also burns fat as energy, so do some light weight training (weight doesn't matter, it's about repetitions done correctly so that you can feel the "burn".) But in addition to that, just remember that your efforts will be fruitless unless you change your lifestyle (your diet, eliminating stress factors, drinking water, etc.) Good luck, boy! You can do it! :)

well ,running is the best way to burn fat but i think it helps a lot if it is mixed with weight traning.As weight training builds muscles and it is the muscles that actually burn fat,weight training actually modifies your metabolism helping to burn fat faster.

This depends on your built, weight, age etc. To me this is good enough but to others a longer run might be required. By mere exercise of course is insufficient if you don't control your diet at the same time.
