should BCCI take new player on the contract basis?

now india has gone from the world cup.wht u think abt india team?
it is good team?
or
it is bad team?
i think team is good the problem is consistenency.the performence of team is afected by the other program in which over player particited.like advertising.modeling,shooting etc.
bcas of this our player are not gathered in pratice sessions and the performance is affected.
i think BCCI should make a new rule in which
BCCI will appoint new player on the basis of contract for saveral years.During that time player need to attend every pratice session and he can no participate in other activities
like modelling,advertising etc.

yeah i agree with ur words... friend wht is good and what is bad i dont know. I only know that indian cricket tem kills the faith on them.. What a shame on the player of indian team having expr. more than 300+ match and looses with the team having exp less then 50-.

India has gone from the World Cup. At present they are not good team. Team should be changed. BCCI should take youngsters and give them a chance to make strong team and can win in coming next World Cup.
