Is it okay, guys with long hair?

Well, ever since I couldn't grow my hair long during high school, I made it an aim to have it grow longer during college. Now, my hair is already under my shoulders and I think that its already an impressive claim.
Of course, I wouldn't doubt that it long hair for girls do look nice but, some girls prefer them shorter. However, I would just like to know your thoughts about guys growing their hair longer than girls?
I mean, some tolerate it and don't bother but, there are those who don't think it appropriate. What are your thoughts for the matter?

My boyfriend has long hair and I absolutely love it. I adore playing with it... and it looks really good. ^_^
Actually, yesterday he said he was thinking about cutting it and I yelled at him. haha. Talked him out of it too. :P
So, long hair = yes.

my hair is somewhat long...
but anyway, i play with his by twirling it around my fingers, or combing it with my fingers, stuff like that. :)

i prefer that guys cut their hair short.. it makes them look neat and clean.. unlike guys with long hair, they look so messy and unkempt.. i dont know with other girls, but im more attracted to those who have a good haircut..

I prefer clean cut and shaven men. It gives then that "I care about myself" look and I want a man that can be concerned for his looks as well as mine. I think long hair on men, that maybe they should start to wear dresses. By long I mean past the shoulders. I'm not looking for full military cuts on all men by no means, but slightly long to have some of the fun styles, but no so much that it can be braided.

I think long hair should be the law for men but hey that is just one womans oppinion, I like it to be what I call biker long. About mid back is absolutely perfect as long as it is not ratty and oily that is the way I like it. I wish my husband would let his grow, but he does an almost marine cut.

I don't see any problems with having your hair longer...I think that if a woman likes you she should like you for who you are. She shouldn't really care if your hair is longer as long as you like it that way. I think that if longer hair makes you happy, you should grow your hair longer...I usually let my hair get to the bottom of my neck and then I'll have it almost buzzed completely off...that's what makes me happy! The point is do whatever makes you happy and don't worry about what other people think!

Well, it really depends sometimes if one looks approachable first before a woman could ever know or even like someone with long hair.. sometimes, men with long hair look scary even though it makes them happy.
I have already grown my hair so much that it already passes down my shoulders and would sometimes twists it before tying is into a bun ^_^ I don't really think of girls liking it or not though. That's just who am I at the moment ^_^

I have always liked fellas with long hair, having many friends in the music industry ponytails are the norm, I think nice clean long hair can give a guy a wild untamed look, hair can be like a frame around a pictue....

I think is okay guy with long hair. Mel Gibson with long hair are handsome. But some face don't match with long hair. Some bald also handsome. Bruce Willis handsome in bald cut.The person him self are have to decided which hair stile he want and match for him.

Alright, I know my opinion isn't really needed in this thread, but I feel like I should contribute something regarding this particular topic. It's just a matter of preference dude. You chose to have long hair cause you think it may suit you best. And seeing as we've been classmates before, I think long hair really suits you.

For me it's ok guys with long hair as long he can really take care the long hair in clean and neat.
I think nothing wrong to make experiment with your hair, maybe you also can feel the excitement with long hair.
Mostly my friends (guys) who had long hair because just want to try (specially when they are in college), but after they older they become bored to keep that long hair, sometimes they also can't stand with their fall/loss hairs. But at least they already try, and you like it not later it's another decision for the next.

Uhmmm, yeah, I went long hair during college, a few years or so then all the way. Had trouble with authority at the time but, they eventually relented.
Yeah, its more different when you come to think of it compared to having it short for the first 17 years then getting them longer up to now..
Maintain it neat and tidy? Well, hair loss ain't a problem at the moment. Combing it often makes it shine as we all know.. Hehehe ^_^

When I am at home not, but if I must go out at the evening yes I use gel.Have the black long hair, comb them to back, effect flagellation's wet,I'm like so. Except ayurvedic, hair gels are petroleum product that can cause harm. So i recommends to use hair oil which is the safest and use of oil has other advantages other that only shining hairs they r it acts like a coolant to brain, enhances thinking capacity, a regular user may him/herself may experience th benefits of using oil.
