why do so many people are hooked to online games?

hmm..lets do the math. mids 20 years old people today was born at or before 1987. and the internet growth burst in 1990s. if im not mistaken in 1997 the internet boom. and that time most the them are in their teens. about 10 to 15 years old. if you must know, something people do when they growing leave a lasting impression. so thats why even they already in 20s they still love online games. if we look even deeper. at 1990s console games gain popularity. with sega saturn and playstation console. so at that times most kid like to play video games. and when the internet comes out. it offer more interactive ways to play with their friends. rather than 2 people playing at a console they can play with hundred or even thousand o of other people. hmm..that long enough.

Probably because young people still believe in child story.
