Keeping a cool head while driving

Do you loose your cool easily when you are the one driving and you see horrendous traffic and undisciplined drivers compounded with the fact that you are already late or hungry or tired and had a long day? How do you keep cool a head and not become stressed while driving?

You see some real idiots on the roads these days and although we all get wound up and stressed, I find that having my music playing in the car keeps me calm and focused on the road. There will always be heavy traffic and delays, I try not to let it get to me.

Yes its important to have a peace of mind while driving,Not only for our safety but also for the safety of the people that we are encounter in street if your driving a land vehicle.
