hi,friend, first that mistake is done by intentional or by mistake, people will assess. Some people basically good nature, but sometimes,by mistake or the situation, they may made mistakes and after realization all the people will start trust him slowly..But in the people where they are basically bad nature, they have to realize and they have to convince the society that they have changed which is very hard.

we all make mistakes...but we should also learn to say sorry to the person whom we've hurt..lot of hard work is required to regain that trust again...i would hold his hand and talk to that person and try to explain him what made me do that mistake, take his help to sort out the problem..if that person really understands u and loves u..he'll definately wont let u down

If I make mistake I would definitely say Sorry or if it's big mistake I would apologize by sending cards or at least come to visit and have a chat. Whether they would trust me or not after what happened, it's their prerogative. I feel better already if I apologize since it is my fault anyway.

what if i already apologized and said sorry many times and still she doesn't accept it even if it is just a petty fight?

It depends on the mistake,
you apologize
try to fix the mistake
perhaps give something extra for the trouble
and promise and show that you will never do it again

First off I would admit that I made a mistake. Then fix it if possible. Honesty is the way to earn the trust of those you work for. They then know that they can depend on you for real. Good luck with this. I hope it works out for you.

yes I agree with you. the least we can do is fix whatever we did wrong the same time we apologize.
