Empty Nest Syndrome

When my last three kids left home to make their way into the world, it was one of the most difficult times in my life. I suffered with "empty nest syndrome" so badly. Has anyone else suffered through this?

I have a lot of years before I have to worry about this. I am sure it is quite difficult when all the kids have left home. Find a hobby or get involved in a club or organization. Just learn to stay busy and keep healthy.

I have seen this with my friends, I guess it is a case of having to start a whole new life of your own, you have to start looking at things differently now, and for awhile you will have to maybe find a few new things to do and before long you will probably be looking after Grand kids as my friends found...
