How many cups of coffee/tea a day?

As much as possible, I don't drink coffee because I have high blood pressure or hypertension. But if that's the only drink available, I do drink coffee with cream, a little amount of sugar as I have indications of diabetes, and of course, I like it hot.

Definitely 3-4 cups of tea/coffee per day! They refresh me for doing more work.

for me ,i often have a cup of tea everyday or once two days.but if i am very tired or have no enough sleeping ,i will have a cup of coffee ,as i have to do my job all days.lol....

I do drink coffee and tea but not everyday, I'm afraid it would stain my teeth.. hehe But I do drink, I think 1 cup a day would do.. Before while I was making our thesis, I would usually drink 1 cup enough not to make me sleepy as for the tea, a bottle or 2.. :)

My coffee intake really depends on a few things 1. if there are people then I usually have a cup then,2. How tired I feel when I get up in the morning .# If I am under a lot of stress that day.
On average I probley drin at least 5 cups of coffee a day and 2 cups of tea

I drink 2/3 cups of coffer a day. Sometimes I will have a cup of tea too depending on where I am.

a cup of tea... maximum!! stimulants aren't necessary when the human body has enough energy!! of course, a little bit of coffee with friends is always good but one shouldn't overdo it....
