Underrated Tourist Spots in Your Country?

I noticed that there are a lot of different nationalities on myLot.
I live in the Philippines, and one place that's not so normal for tourists to visit is Iligan. 'Ilig' in the local vernacular means 'falling water' and Iligan is full of waterfalls. One falls I really liked was called Tinago (meaning 'hidden') where you'd have to climb down a basic like valley in order to see the pristine blue pools of water falling below.
If there was one place in your country you'd like travellers to pay more attention to, what would it be and why? Pick a place that's not a tourist hotbed so it'd be fun and unique.
