hey, i have observed that many people on mylot have put up the pictures of their siblings especially toddlers on the profile.i cant understand this.why do ppl do it? can anyone explain?

My avatar is of my son 19mths old. He is my only child and love him to bits. I like to have his pic in front of me all the time. I have uploaded images of him to my profile, so every one an see how proud i am of him and how much i love him.
