I think India, should stop all the international fixuters till the next world cup. They can always qualify by playing the ICC qualifying trophy. Just need to keep track of the future tours organized by the BCCI. There should be pitches made for different conditions, like bouncy in Delhi, J&K and dusty in Maharastra rather Mumbai to be precise, green top in Nagpur, skidding in Bubneswar and Hyderabad. Also, the size of the grounds should be increased as we are seeing the area of the grounds in India, decreasing by the year. All the players should only play the local leagues and the league fixtures should be such that Tamil Nadu can face Hyderabad at Delhi or Kolkatta or even Nagpur. If we play like this for 2-3 years, then our base will be strong and also will give the former players chance to coach. And this will generate good revenue too.(atleast some team in India will win). After this India, should try and qualify for the world cup tournament and take the international fixtures from there.

Here is a time to rebuilt the Indian cricket team. Search out telent from Under 19 cricket team and perpare them to fight difficult conditions. I think FUture is depend on Yuvraj Sing, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly and New Youngsters. What i say about Coach, we have seen the Result of the foreign coach and their impact there on we have to select the coach that understand need of team india and prepare the Yuva ones.
