First coach and captain should be changed. In test match Ganguly should remain captain and in ODI Ganguly should opt as captain. Youngsters should be taken for ODI and in test match Sachin, Dravid should be taken.

I personally think is strong decisions are required when the situations demand so. I think today the Indian cricket abode is more to do with politics then the game of cricket. I think the politicians are not at all giving any attention to the basic fundamental that unless and until we have a strong domestic cricket like Australia we can never produce good cricketers. I think no one can deny that there are huge population of so many people in India we lacked talents. We definitely have the talent but talents are alike unpolished diamonds. You have to work on them to make them shine in ideas and this is the craftmanship which is required into cricket team right now. Many people are thinking of appointing yuvraj as the new captain but I think that would be a wrong decision. Make him the vice captain and make Ganguly the captain of the Indian team. If everything goes well he will retire after one or two years and by the time yuvraj will be totally trained and would be ready to take the pressure off captaincy of the Indian team. And I would also like to say that we need to improve domestic cricket because the example we saw was the Bangladeshi team which had so many young players who had under 19. So this means that talent needs to be polished and then we can definitely have a very good and competitive team who will definitely not perform like what our current team did.
