A ship's captain is standing on his deck, when a shout comes down from the crow's nest: "Enemy ship approaching!". The captain yells out to his first mate, "Bring me my red shirt!".
The battle is joined, and the captain's ship wins a grand victory with none of his crew being killed. Afterward, the mate asks the captain, "What is the story with the red shirt?". The captain reples, "That's so, if I am struck by a sword, the crew won't see me bleeding and thus lose heart."
Later that day, another cry comes down from the crow's nest, "20 enemy ships approaching!". The captain yells out to the mate, "Bring me my brown pants!"

Yes, it's always the new guy that gets eaten by the alien. PS Does Kirk ever wear brown pants?

Heheheheeh
that was very funny.
But asking to bring red shirt was real brave and smart . I have seen many a times that many wars in life are not won by amount of crew you have but how intelligent and smart their leader is.
It's leaders only who give high standards to their crew to get out of any possible diffcuilt situation.
