What should we do with this team?

When I watched our great Indian teams performance against Srilanka particularly I felt that these whole 15 members should be tied up in a sack with five-six rats in it.That the treatment I suggest to give them.Even though it is a personal thought to show off my anger I would rather have to tell some thing about the team.I wont go much against senior players in the team.Remember Mahendra Singh Dhoni was a fire earlier but sad to tell that he played only in subcontinent pitches like that.He was actually a failure in foreign pitches.that was the same case with Robin Uthappa.He too tried a lot in Indian soil,but without any single experience in foreign arena he was chosen.Result was complete failure.saurav Ganguly atleast played for himself.He was not the real Ganguly there.I really suspect his attitude.He was dropping catches ,failed in field.Sachin was GEORGIOUS .he showed his class against Bermuda atleast.I dont know why this man is called as a master blaster.Why no body calls Jayasurya in that name.Look at Ricky Ponting,Look at Stephen Fleming,Jayasurya all are of same age of Sachin.The thing is that professionalism has not reached the frontyard of Team India.But in the other side many questions arises like Mohammad Kaif played really well in the last West Indies series, actually he only played there really well.He had showed many times his ability in foreign pitches with Yuvraj.Why he is not selected.?What is the problem with V.V.S Lakshman?they switched to Sehwag ,I dont know whether Sehwag was real Sehwag against Bermuda and Srilanka.He was struggling actually.Any ways now time for discussions, talks, change of captain etc etc.Dont give them anything .Let them suffer .Don't give a single penny even.Win games then eat.that should be there attitude.Then only success arrives.Otherwise millions of fans will publically hang them in Eaden Gardens.

Dont cheer for them support the opposite team ,wave their Flags ,ignore them for a while they will start performing again.

ICC must dismiss all the senior players and add new playersto indian. see the size of india .both srilanka and bangladesh equal to a single state of india . But the performance is so bad . if that was a close fight means ok 69 runs defeat margin is really bad .
