Is it dangerous to give out information/photos in orkut?

Not only that website but I think it is dangerous to give your personal information on any website on the Internet because it will be accessible to the whole world and there are a lot of guys who can miss the use your private information. E-mail to a certain extent is a safer way to communicate and exchange personal information but I think the best way is face-to-face and if that is not possible then through a phone call so that you can know exactly to whom you are speaking to an you will not disclose your personal information to end unwonted person because if that happens they can misuse your private information and this is something which is very common on the intranet.

We should be very careful to put our personal information on Internet, but it does'nt matter to upload ur pics on internet because the Print technology has been more advanced and it is very easy to edit and easy to move it anywher. Thatswhy it is unimportant and not to be worried about to misuse of our pics. Chill & Peace.

no not atall it is a very well reputed site and nobody can p[lay mischief in that.it is a very secure site and i have been ther since many months.so dont worry and chill

no i dont think so.it isa place where u can increase ur social network and be in contact of ur friends.moreover u dont have to gaive data which can be misused.ofcourse photos r such which u cannot do anything about.but there is not much risk involved. it is quite a well known website and u need not worry about

some dangerous ..but all people are giving all their information... Orkut...i think it became the last word for friendship nowadays...orkut orkut orkut...it is coming to more popular...I am using orkut as my social site...No other site is this much cool and funny..I heard that orkut is banning in many countries...
