Is life so designed as not to meet all our expectations?

Your life was designed before the foundation of the world. Before you were ever created, God had a plan for your life. There are things that we think that we have made happen. But the truth of the matter is, it was really planned a long time ago. What I do is go after things that I want with all of my might. If it happens then I know that it was God's will for my life. If it does not happen, I don't beat myself up about it, I just go on to something else. Sometimes, the things that we expect, we have to make them happen. We can't just sit back and wait, we have to do all that we can to make it come to pass and if it doesn't it was not meant to be.
