I have been at my job for 2yrs and I like it. Since a new company took over my department had to join another department. They have people who have bee there over twenty years and now I'm low on seniority. I did my supervisor a favor and switch from swing into grave shift. Then I went from day to swing and now I'm on grave. The only reson I'm on grave is b/c it caused alot of controvsey me being on day shift. Or so they tell me. But listen to this my lead boss(who is incharge of my department) recommend me to go on day shift b/c I am good at what I do. My supervisors' are hating on the fact that I was recommended to day and talk all this crap behind my back. So now I'm on grave and my lead boss doesn't know that. So I am asking if you were in my shoes would you tell your lead boss or just let it slide? I hate being on grave. And if I have to be on grave I'll just end up quitting.
