dowry still kills......

Be a lady yaar .why are going to stick with him.It happens in many cases.You should be confident in yourself.What is the need of such type guys for you.How he can love you later in marriage.?And remember one thing if you are an Indian we have to be practical in life.Dowries are their in our custom .Its the practise.I don't think it will get soon changed.If you have such a strong concern about dowry its good to see then why such a brave girl stick upon this relationship.?If you atre smart enough you could get many proposals.Don;t think about this matter as a disastor.Believe that it happens in Indian society.

Try to convince his family with your views politely. If it does not work out, it is better to avoid this relationship instead of trying something to marry him and have a peaceless life. Peaceless life for both of you and for both the families and for your saplings.

I think he has to stand up for himself..Though,,if you really love him you have accept everything about him, and that includes his family and their beliefs. Maybe it's okay to compromise on this one..

u did a wise thing...as far that boy is concerned,its just a temporary face u'r going through..give time to urself..if he really loves u then tell him that u hate dowry system,let him convince his parents,if he cant then forget him..think that he wasnt the right choice for u...seriously man,its really sad...this dowry system should be completely banned

common yaar...be brave....if dat boy has got guts he will surely come to you.....and if he dosent then just think he wasnt fit for you
