how do you get rich by being an employee???

can anyone tell the world how you can get rich by just being an office employee your whole life or so. is this actually possible? is there a place in the world where this can really happen. maybe what i meant was, is there a company that would employ people so that these people can get reach by being employees. when? how? or maybe, i am asking about how do you get rich by being an employee??

Your question is really relative. What do you mean by rich? How much wealth would make one rich? Is there any measure to it? There are many businessmen who are still not as rich as they would want to be. There are also many employees who are much richer than they ever hoped to be. It all depends on your feeling of richness. It is all in our minds. If you look at the people who are less wealthy than you, then you will feel richer. This is the key to being happy also. Never look at those who have more than you and feel sad.

MPshiva6 is right. Richness depends on how you see things and how you define richness. In general, no body really gets that rich when you are an employee. You have to do something else or invest in a business to make it double or even triple.
If what you mean is becoming a millionare, of course being just an employee wouldn't help at all. You have to have a business, not a small one, but a real-time and big-time business.
Being an employee can also be of great help for you to become richer. You can take advantage of it by using your connections in dealing with your clients in your business. Remember, you need people/customers because these are people who will mnake your business grow, and eventually makes you richer than what you have expected. :)

My former instructor had adviced me once that to be able to become well off in life you've got to save 25% of your earnings. He said, it is something you've got to do if you want to have a better finances. It is a matter of putting off fun now so you can have all the fun later. He didn't spend on something that is not necessary for him.He was able to save up to 6 digits from his earnings. What he did was he indulged himself in stocks and luckily it turned out pretty good.He actually started with nothing at all. But now his finances is doing very well plus able to bought some properties that costs milllions.
It took a lot of hardship and determination. As for me, I want to achieve what he had achieve but I think not all things work for few may work for me but despite of that will still try to work harder to balance my finances.

managers, vice presidents and presidents of companies are considered employees and they attained that position by working so hard and giving their best. I think you can be rich by making yourself SOMEBODY in a company, give the best you can , reinvent yourself and let the company go after you and not you go after them. Set goals and make sure that you can achieve that goals.
