This software can be downloaded 100% free at their official website at www.free-av.com I have been using this one for over a longer period of time. I have never had problems at all with regards to the system performance of my machine since using this software. Otherwise, I am so grateful and satisfied with its performance. One of its features is to update automatically on a regular basis, and this can be scheduled at your most convenient time or spare time. On the other hand, it is very light on resources. It does not use a lot of memory, hence it does not slow down your computer. It detects and deletes rootkits, worms, viruses, etc. Overall, I liked its overall performance. As I have told you before Avast is the best antivirus I have found. It is free to download and even though I think there is avast to pay for my free one is wonderful. Go to Avast.com and you will find it. It will upgrade itself naturally and announce when it has done so. Good luck with this and be sure to have your firewall on once you are cleaned up with Avast antivirus.

Try using grisoft trial version first so that you will eliminate unwanted virus were other anti virus can't detect. After the trail period is over, download the free avats anti virus. Goodluck!

We use Avast on our computer and you can get this one for free . I think you can do some upgrades with it but not sure . We have been using it for a few years and it has always worked . We have two computers and have it on both of them and don't use anything else but this and I know a lot of my friends like it also . Sorry that is the only one I know of . Best of luck !!
