I have a question for everyone, especially anyone here that is from the phillipines. Does every county have paypal? If not which ones do? I have a potention customer wanting to buy something from me from the phillipines but states they do not offer Paypal there, is this true? Please if anyone knows please respond to this discussion.

I gave you a +++ rating, to help your points and stars. This is a good question. Check with Pay pal, they will tell you the truth. I think that they do, as I used them for 5 years, and sold all over the world my art work. Don't forget to rate the "best response" back. How does this person what to purchase from you? Be careful.

Double check with Pay Pal that nothing has changed. And, be care ful with money orders. Make sure it is in American funds, as some are conterfiet nowadays.
